Destination Inspiration - Arriving at Terminal 5

Hi everyone, thanks for stopping by, it's Julie here today from Juliz Design Post. We are arriving at our Fifth stop this month for Destination Inspiration.

Product : Ephemera/Collage Elements
Technique: Use A Brayer
Colour: Teal or Turquoise
Substrate : Card

So let me take you through the stages of how I made my card.

I added some water to my paint to give an extra translucent look and brayered over my cardstock.

I attached a rubber band onto my brayer and applied some white paint.

Using my stencil I applied undiluted paint this time.

I tore my card into sections and tattered at the edges and added a little paint to them. I sprinkled some Frantage and heat embossed. Adding some lace on, along with machine stitching.

Adding a Cheery Lynn Doily to accent behind my layers.

Placing my layers onto my card with foam tape for added dimension.

Finishing off with my my collaged elements on my card.

I love at the end of each Destination Inspiration month how all our projects vary so much even though we have used the same colours and techniques.

Here is a collective of all our cards together.

Terminal 5 - Julie

Thanks so much for stopping by today.
